April 30th Schedule
7:00am – RUQ Registration with coffee*
8:00am – 5:00pm RUQ Session
8:00am – RUK Fitness Standard Assessment @ Unicus Athletics / CrossFit Argyle: 2126 Hamilton Drive, Argyle, TX 76226. Registration Required
Transportation from the Hilton Granite Park will be provided.
1:00pm – 6:00pm – RUK Forum Session (Refinery, Awakening, Crucible Gold only)
May 1st Schedule
7:00am – Registration with coffee*
8:00am – Program begins with Morning Sessions
2:00pm – Men depart by bus for RUK Activity
2:00pm – Women have afternoon off
7:00pm – Return to Hotel
May 2nd Schedule
5:30am – RUK Fitness Workout with Ned Schaut
7:30am – Registration with coffee*
8:00am – Program Begins with Morning Sessions
11:30am – Lunch on your own
1:15pm – Afternoon Sessions
4:30pm – Program concludes
5:30pm – Mingling before Awards Dinner
6:00pm – Gala Dinner (cocktail attire)
10:00pm – Event concludes
